A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. A direct message contains only the information you choose to send, which is used to answer you.

Standard hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps maintain the service and identify useful pages. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools where applicable.
